Chapter 67 is only one of many chapters of the Maryland Classified Employees Association Inc. (MCEA). Our chapter is made up of Non-Custody Public Safety professionals who continue to work towards better work conditions not only within the Maryland Division of Correction but for all State and Local employees in Maryland.
MCEA Chapter 67 members have been instrumental in identifying problems and creating solutions that affect Maryland Division of Corrections. Our hard work and progress is a result of persistence and cooperation from MCEA and our State Legislators.

December 13, 2008- Western Maryland Legislature meet with local constituents. MCEA chapter 67 was in attendance to express their views on the current budget crisis that the state of Maryland will be facing to the Western Maryland delegation. Topics ranged from furlough days- to retirement issues -to state government waste. MCEA 67 would like to thank our local Delegation for the time and their genuine concern for the issues that effect our workplace.
